You Only live in the now:

Even though you might be reliving something in your mind that has happened in the past. You are living and feeling it now. The past is only a memory and the future a fantasy, we all live only in the present moment.

Letting the past go can free you of the chains that have been holding you back for years.

Process for letting the past go:

1. Sit for ten minutes every day and think about something from your past that is troubling you.
Let it come to you without forcing it.

2. Once you have the picture in your head, simply imagine yourself holding it in your arm and ask “Can I let it go?” Then in your imagination, simply set it free.

3. Repeat over and over again until you feel relief when thinking about the specific subject

You might not feel relief the first time around, but if you repeat this process every day in 4 weeks time you will be free of the harsh emotional connection and new opportunities and changes will be apparent in your life.

Letting the past go is very important if you want to live a happy life and attract the good into it.
