Law of Attraction and Visualization Explained
If you are like me, then you are spend much of your time looking for easy to do processes that can boost your connection to the law of attraction.
Visualization is one of those rare tools that is very worth practicing. It’s not the easiest but surely the most powerful.
What is the process visualization?
Visualization is using your ability to imagine in order to create a conscious mental image of something you want and thus triggering the universal law of attraction to bring the right components needed for the task.
Example:
Let’s say you have a dinner date tomorrow night and you want it to be enjoyable and fun.
If you sit for two weeks and create a mental image of the evening that is coming
You will attract components that are equal to the essence of what you wanted.
It might not go exactly the way you want (though you can achieve that ability with practice)
But it will have the same emotional essence as you imagined. The evening will be easy flowing and enjoyable.
We use visualization all the time:
Visualizing is a technique all people use from birth. If you’ve ever spent time thinking about a certain scenario, then you were in the process of using visualization.
The only difference in practicing a daily routine is that you are more specific and think only of positive things.
The feeling place of the scene:
I think I’ve mentioned this part in all of my posts regarding any process I ever suggest.
But I simply can’t stress enough how important the emotional connection to the mental image is.
If you think about things that don’t follow your higher intentions just because you think it is the right thing to visualize – You will most likely be very disappointed with the results you get.
Example:
You sit for 30 days and visualize something you think you can achieve instead of thinking about what you truly desireSo you think about getting a few hundred more dollars and don’t really feel any emotional shift while visualizing.
You start doubting if this process is even worth the fuss and you simply continue to strain yourself.
That is worthless forced action
Find subjects that create an emotional shift:
It takes a bit more effort to find such subjects, but it will be worth the hassle.
Think about different scenarios until you find one that is easy to imagine and fun.
It’s sort of like when you were day dreaming as a child, it should be fun and flowing.
You’ll know it when you find it…
The correct way of applying visualization:
- Practice 1 daily for 15-30 minutes
- Use only visualization that you have an emotional connection to.
- Be easy on yourself yet consistent.
- Don’t judge your progress and be open minded
Visualization process:
Step 1:
Sit for 5 minutes and relax your body using any relaxation technique you use
Start building your mental image. Ask yourself the following questions:
- How do I feel?
- Who is there?
- What am I doing?
- How do I feel?
And any other question you find suitable…
Step 2:
Keep daydreaming about your scenario. If you lose it simply come back gently to the image.
If a resistant feeling arises, try to let it go and think about how you would like to feel.
Do this process for 10-20 minutes daily for at least 30 days
